She studied Film and Theatre History at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice (Faculty of Arts – History of the Arts and Performing Arts).
She is also a founding member of Shylock – C.U.T. University Theatre Centre of Venice, with which she inaugurated Ca’ Foscari’s university theatre in 2001 and managed it for the following three years.
Throughout her career, she has organized theatre festivals, cinema and theatre workshops, and taken part in stage performances and readings. From 2005 to 2015, she was co-organizer and artistic director of the short film festival Venice&Video, as well as a jury member in several short film competitions.

I think cinema is essentially a visual knowledge medium. This specific characteristic must be exploited to the maximum degree. I don’t like explanations or voiceover It’s not about writing or saying something, it’s about showing it. am a founding member of Faro Venezia. I founded and directed the Venice Film Festival for five years. As a filmmaker, I am particularly interested in documenting heritage craftsmanship.
Prosper Wanner, engineer and sociologist, is the manager of the Hôtel du Nord residents’ cooperative in Marseille and in charge of R&D for Les Oiseaux de Passage platform cooperative. He is also an Associate professor at the University of Aix-Marseille. He was one of the founding members of the Faro Venezia Association
Gaia Redaelli. Architect & PhD from Politecnico di Milano, where she is Adjunct Professor & Professor at the School of Architecture of the University of Seville (Spain). She participated in numerous congresses, conferences and published extensively on Architecture & Urban Heritage. General Director of Rehabilitation & Architecture (2012-15), Regional Government of Andalusia (Spain). Director of the Contemporary Architectural Foundation (2003-12) in Córdoba (Spain).
Co-founder of PAX – Patios de la Axerquía, an experimental bottom-up strategy focused on urban regeneration with social innovation processes in heritage contexts to reuse historical courtyards with housing cooperatives in Córdoba: member of the Faro Convention Network of the Council of Europe, European Heritage Award/Europa Nostra Award 2022, Best Practice by Eurocities (2023).
